Yummy Spinach Smoothie

"The inspiration for this smoothie recipe came from a television show about "green drinks," which are both healthy and delicious! I created my own green drink to have for breakfast or as a snack. This smoothie has a fruity taste--you hardly notice the spinach. You do need a good blender for this recipe. If you do not have a good blender, you might want to strain the smoothie before drinking it. Enjoy!"

  1. Pour orange juice in blender first.
  2. Add banana, peaches (still frozen), and spinach.
  3. Blend on a high setting until smooth (approximately 1-2 minutes).
  4. If smoothie is too thick, you can add a little water or a little more orange juice and blend it again.
  5. Pour into tall glass and drink immediately.
