  1. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar; mix well, then press into bottom of 9"x9" baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes; remove from oven. Allow to cool.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl or mixing cup, melt unwrapped caramels, water and salt (approximately 1 minute).
  4. Pour melted caramel over pretzels, then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  5. In microwave safe bowls or measuring cups, separately melt milk chocolate and white chocolate (approximately 30-40 seconds); drizzle over the pretzel-caramel mixture.
  6. Allow to cool, then cut into small squares. Or, if you're like me and can't wait, just scoop it out and eat it with a spoon. Yummy!
