  1. In a 2+ cup glass measuring cup combine butter, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Microwave for about 1 min. or till the butter is melted. Stir to be sure it's all well mixed.
  2. Beat the egg yolks in a med. bowl and gradually add the butter mixture beating constantly until smooth. Microwave for about 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds till thick.
