"My rendition of the hottest appatizer in Baja A great appatizer that takes the heat out of the peppers, in fact I had an 80 year old lady eat one and say, "oh my this is the first time I have been able to eat a whole jalapeno"."

  1. Cut tops off jalapenos and core with an old-fashioned potato peeler.
  2. Put peanut butter in the cavity, (a cake decorator works well, but this can be accomplished pulling it in with a butter knife).
  3. Place the filled jalapenos in a row 7 across on the aluminum foil and wrap well.
  4. They BBQ well; medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or you can bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
