  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil noodles (follow instructions on bag).
  3. Watch the time, don’t let them get too soggy.
  4. When they are done, drain in a colander, then put in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Put the stick of margarine directly on the hot noodles and mix until the margarine is melted.
  6. Add the eggs, sugar, applesauce and vanilla extract, mix all together.
  7. Put noodle mixture in baking pan, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Cover the noodle kugle with aluminum foil and bake for 1/2 hour, then uncover the kugle and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
  9. *For Best Results: make the night before and put in the refrigerator. The next day slice with knife and reheat in oven (350 until warm).
