  2. Starting with the base ingredients, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  4. Add vanilla to milk.
  5. Alternately, add milk and dry ingredients to butter mixture starting and ending with dry ingredients.
  6. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into mixture along with the grated chocolate.
  7. Pour into 8"X8" pan and bake @ 350 degrees for about 20 - 30 mins; until lightly browned and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Set aside to cool.
  9. After it has cooled, start frosting.
  10. Beat egg yolks until light.
  11. Add softened butter and icing sugar until combined.
  12. Spread onto base.
  13. For topping, melt chocolate squares with butter in microwave.
  14. Once they have melted, mix and spread over icing layer. Refrigerate until set.
  15. Cut into squares and enjoy!!
