  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix both cans of soup, the water, the chili powder and the chicken in a bowl.
  3. In ungreased 12x8 casserole dish lay 2 tortillas side by side.
  4. Pour and smooth half of the mixture over the tortillas in dish and sprinkle half of the olives over mixture and sprinkle 1 Cup cheese over the olives.
  5. Lay 2 more tortillas over cheese side by side.
  6. Pour remaining mixture over tortillas and sprinkle the rest of the olives over mixture and Sprinkle 1 Cup cheese over olives.
  7. Lay last 2 tortillas over mixture and tuck in the sides.
  8. place in oven and bake 12 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle last 1/4 Cup cheese on top of casserole and place back in oven.
  10. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese starts to crisp.
  11. let cool for 10 minutes before serving so sauce can thicken.


This was awesome the next day. cold right out of the fridge. took it to work on the construction site. LOL the guys begged me to make it once a week.
