  1. In a small bowl, whisk vinegar and oil; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Reserve at least one tablespoon of dressing for drizzling; set aside.
  3. Places rocket in a large bowl; toss with the remaining dressing.
  4. Divide rocket amoung four serving plates. Dividing evenly, top with bocconcini, prosciutto and figs; drizzle with reserved dresing.
