  1. Grease small tart moulds and line with pastry.
  2. Cut out excess pastry and prick the bases with a fork. Chill briefly and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C/350 F for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat together Mascarpone and sugar until smooth. Add ingredients (2) and beat until blended.
  4. Fillthe pastry cases with the mixture. Bake in oven preheated to 170 C/340 F for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with ice-cream or whipped cream.
