  1. Mix all the ingrdients together in one large bowl except the flour and oil.
  2. Pour flour onto plate
  3. Meanwhile heat the oil at a high setting
  4. Form small ball shapes with the mixture
  5. Roll each ball in flour
  6. Carefully drop in flour
  7. Leave to cook till you see half of the ball has turned a deep crisp brown colour.
  8. Lift out of oil and set on paper towels to remove excess oil
  9. Serve and enjoy
