  1. Place roast in 1/2 inch of water in slow cooker. Mix dressing and gravy packets with water and pour over roast. Put in potatoes and carrots and cook on low for 10 hours.
  2. If you have a frozen roast, you can put in in the night before (on low) with the packets/water mixture and just throw the vegetables in the next morning. I always get asked for this recipe when I serve it!
