  1. Preparing the Meat:
  2. Place medium size pot on stove and turn to medium hot
  3. Add ground beef
  4. Add sazon, cubito’s , pepper and cook for 6 minutes occasionally stirring until completely cooked.
  5. Add all vegetable, sofrito, spanish salami, tomato sauce, beer and cook for 10 minutes, occasionally stir.
  6. Preparing the rice:
  7. Take 2 to 3 cups of rice rinse 2 or 3 times and drain
  8. Place rice in large pot add water (must be just above the rice)
  9. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 3 table spoons of oil and stir.
  10. Turn stove heat the high and let the water almost vaporize.
  11. Once the water is completely gone turn heat to medium low and cover with lid.
  12. Cook for 12-15 minutes (occasionally stir)
