  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Whisk pumpkin, cream, milk, eggs brown sugar, salt and spices together and pour into pie shells.
  3. NOTE: Depending on how brown you like your crust, you can also bake shells a few minutes until pale golden before filling.
  4. Bake pies on middle oven rack for 45 to 50 minutes until filling is set. Filling should be firm but the center should quiver a little.
