  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger and
  2. garlic paste. Stir very well until its aroma
  3. comes out. Then add all spice,salt, hot sauce and
  4. ground beef into it. Mix very well and cook
  5. until the meat is tender.Then add chopped
  6. peppers, peas and carrots and cook 5/6
  7. minutes.Then add your fovorite shredded cheese
  8. and chopped cilantro. into it.After
  9. thoroughly mixed, remove from heat. Let it
  10. cool.
  11. Deep frying method:-
  12. Take a flour tortilla wrap.
  13. Cut tortilla into two halves, down the middle.
  14. Create triangle with one half using flour
  15. paste to seal sides.
  16. Fill triangle with filling and seal ends with
  17. flour paste.
  18. Deep fry in medium-hot oil in batches on
  19. medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
  20. Remove onto a paper towel. Serve with Ketchup or Ranch dipping!
  21. Baking method:-
  22. Place on greased (with oil) cookie sheet.
  23. Lightly brush tortilla pockets with oil.
  24. Bake in oven at 350 degree, turning once to
  25. ensure both sides are lightly browned. Usually
  26. will take about 15 to 20 minutes total
