  1. Cook wild rice or stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Wash and dry hens.
  3. Cook soy sauce, honey, seasonings, garling and ginger together till it comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
  4. Put flour into a large ZipLoc bag.
  5. Place hens in the bag ans shake till hens are coated with flour.
  6. Roll the floured hen in the soy mixture until the sauce coats the entire hen.
  7. Take the Canola oil and saturate each paper bag(do this in the sink to keep this messy part to a minimum).
  8. When all the bags are soaked with oil set, set them aside.
  9. Spoon the cooked rice or stuffing into the hen.
  10. Slip the hen into the paper bag.
  11. Staple the end shut.
  12. Place the bags on cookie racks on a cookie sheet.
  13. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
  14. Split bag open
  15. If not brown enough return to oven for a few more minutes.
  16. Enjoy!
