  1. in a sauce pot first melt the butter and wait till the oil is hot
  2. after the butter is melted and the oil is hot throw in the garlic, mushrooms and onions, then saute till the onions are brown
  3. once done sauteing throw in the proscuitto, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth and the peppercorn
  4. stir sauce till it browns a bit and thickens
  5. Now for the chicken cutlet, first tenderize the chicken breast by beating it to an inch thickness with a meat tenderizer
  6. after all 3 chicken breast are tenderized, in 2 separate bowls crack in the 2 eggs in one bowl and beat the eggs then in the other bowl put in the bread crumbs, italian seasoning and the rest of the parmesan cheese and mix well
  7. first dip the chicken breast in the egg then in the bread crumbs mixture
  8. after put chicken breast on a skillet over med-high heat and cook on each side for about 2-3 mins
  9. after chicken is done pour sauce over and serve
