  1. Cut boneless chicken into 1-inch cube
  2. pieces.Whisk the yoghurt in a bowl and combine
  3. the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Rub
  4. this marinade well into the chicken chunks and
  5. refrigerate for at least four hours.
  6. grill them in a hot 400 degree hot oven for about 20 minutes
  7. or till the chicken is almost done.
  8. Baste the chicken chunks with butter both
  9. sides.
  10. Heat the butter / oil on in a heavy-bottomed
  11. pan .Add onion pineapple and oranges. saute
  12. very well. Add the grilled chicken chunks and
  13. saute until the they mixed well.add little
  14. salt .
  15. Garnish with finely chopped ciantro or parsley
  16. leaves.
