  1. In a large skillet, brown ground chicken until no pink shows, breaking into small crumbles as it cooks.
  2. Add celery and dry seasoning packet and a few splashes of chicken broth to cooked meat, combine well.
  3. Add tomato sauce, stir.
  4. Add vinegar in splashes to taste, stir.
  5. Turn heat to low and allow chili to simmer until it reduces about 15 minutes.
  6. Taste and add additional seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve with bleu cheese dressing on top for an authentic buffalo wing taste.
