Add drained artichokes and the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl except for the bread crumbs. Mix well and pour into a fairly large baking dish. Bake for 20 -30 minutes @ 350 degrees or until bubbly. Sprinkle bread crumbs to the top of the dip and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately and keep warm on a heating tray. Serve with a good variety of different crackers, or also plain bagels torn into bite size pieces.
*** For any spinach fans,...another great add-in would be (approx. 1/2 cup) of thawed and very well drained and/or squeezed out spinach.
