  1. In a very large pot on Med. temperature add the beef and start browning. Add the garlic, onion and S&P. when the beef is almost done browning add all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then turn down hear to med/low. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender and rice is cooked (about 15-20min) stirring frequently and checking water (add more if needed)Then serve hot and enjoy!
