  1. Bring a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil
  2. Add Orzo
  3. Boil 8-10 Mins
  4. While the Orzo is cooking cut up the tomatoes, artichoke hearts and make dressing.
  5. Open and drain can of olives
  6. Drain Pasta
  7. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir.
  8. Can be served warm or chilled, I prefer chilled.
