  1. In a food processor grind up 1/2 an onion, 2 jalapenos, and 4cloves of garlic.
  2. Once minced put into a large bowl.
  3. In the bowl add the bread crumbs, the blue cheese, parsley, italian seasonings, black pepper, and chili powder.
  4. Once done add the eggs (using only the egg white), olive oil, and soy sauce.
  5. Mix everything in the bowl together, and form into as many 2 inch meatballs as possible.
  6. Place the meatballs onto an aluminum foil covered pan and place into the oven for 25 mins at 400 degrees or until they look done.
