  1. Combine Chicken Broth, Stewed Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper in a large stock pot and bring to a boil
  2. Brown the Italian Sausage with Olive Oil and add to the stock pot grease and all
  3. Stir in Tortellini and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
  4. Serve with Parmesan Cheese
