  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 2 9" round cake pans.
  2. Combine cake mix, orange juice, water, oil and eggs. Beat low on mixer for 30 seconds, then medium for 2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries and lemon/orange peels.
  4. Pour into prepared pans and bake 35-40 minutes.
  5. Cool thoroughly and ice with lemon frosting.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
