  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisking until blended, and place pork in small glass baking dish. Pour marinade over pork, and let sit covered in refrigerator for about an hour. Grill indirectly, or on medium-low temperature on a gas grill for about 30-40 mins till cooked through. Slice to serve, and enjoy!


This was delicious. The outside of the tenderloin had a delicious crust to it, sweet and spicy with the right amount of acidity. The meat was super juicy, too. Delicious.
