  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth, about 6 minutes. Divide into individual serving dishes and chill for four hours before serving. Garnish each portion with whole blackberries.

  3. DO NOT make this with Soga brand tofu - its taste horrible! There is an almost a mealy texture to it and the tofu flavor overpowers the dessert. You can not substitute Splenda in this dish, it ruins the consistency - prepare for a DISASTER! When using Mori-nu tofu this is an amazing dessert with no tofu flavor at all - no one will believe its made with tofu. This would be really good served over ladyfingers or even thin slices of pound cake layered with various flavors of this "mousse" for a slightly more decadent dessert.
