  1. Melt butter or margarine in sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add peanut butter and sugar to melted butter and mix well.
  3. Pour into an 8"x9" wax-paper lined pan, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Cut into squares.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
