  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir to blend.
  3. Marinate meat in a glass (non-reactive) baking dish.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap & Refrigerate.
  5. Marinating Time:
  6. Beef: 8 Hrs
  7. Chicken: 24 Hrs
  8. Pork: 12+ Hrs
  9. Turn meat as needed to insure even marinating.
  10. Meat will take on a "caramel blush".
  11. Discard Used Marinade.
  12. Grill/BBQ as desired.
  13. Great for Boneless Chicken Breasts; Steaks; Chops; Slow Cooked/Smoked Ribs, Brisket, Pork Roast.
  14. Grilling with Hickory, Mesquite, or Apple wood compliments the flavor.
