  1. Trim fat from chops
  2. Lightly score chops with knife
  3. Season lightly with Old Bay and rub seasoning into meat
  4. Cover pork with beer and marinade for an hour
  5. Remove pork from beer and coat with spicy breader. Dip pork into beer marinade again, then coat again with breader.
  6. Return pork to refridgerator for at least 1/2 hour
  7. Heat oil in fying pan
  8. Once oil is hot add pork and fry until browned on both sides
