Family Favorite Breakfast Bake


"This breakfast casserole a favorite in our house. We don't just have it for breakfast. For dinner, I'll make it with Ham and Swiss cheese. Try a meatless version with black beans, chiles, and pepper jack cheese. The possibilities are endless!"

  1. Cook sausage and onion together in skillet until browned.
  2. Lightly spray bottom of 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray.
  3. Layer ingredients in the pan as follows: 2 cups Rice Cereal, cooked sausage and onions, cooked rice, & cheese.
  4. Mix eggs, soup, and milk together in medium bowl.
  5. Pour mixture over layers.
  6. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cereal.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake uncovered for approx. 30 minutes on 350 degrees, or until lightly browned.
