Easy Sausage shepards Pie


"A new Twist on an old comfert food. I Swapped the regular old ground beef for some mild italien sausages* can use which ever kind you like!. it is not the same shepards pie ur mom made but its just as good."

  1. Take your sausage's and cut them into bite size's peices * dont cook first* heat a frying pan and add the sausage start browning it adding some water.
  2. Clean and peel your potatoes and boil
  3. Wash all your vegtables and cut the carrots in half, beans and quarter the mushrooms, making them all bite size peices.
  4. Once sausage is fully cooked add the vegtables to the frying pan, adding some more water. stir every few minuts *
  5. Once your potatoes are done add some salade dressing ie ranch or ceaser or sourcream if you dont like either the mash them up how u like them. put of to side
  6. Once the sasuge and vegtables are cook* veggies may not be done but thats fine they will finish up in the oven.
  7. Take them out of the pan but leave all the water and drippongs from the sausage and veggies in the pan.
  8. Start to bring the juices to a boil, as they are boiling take the flour and oil and make it into a past or use corn startch and use as u would to make gravy. once the liquds are boiling slowly add the paste or starch and thicken.
  9. Once thickend turn off
  10. Take the sausage and veggies and put them into a cassarole pan, Pour the gravy ove and mix into.
  11. Spread the potatoes over top and sprinkle with shreded cheese
  12. Bake for 20 mins or until the top is bubble and melted.
