  1. Fry onions in butter or margarine, Stir around until they start to carmalize over med to med high heat. Remove onions pepper meat, then flour with other spices in the flour. salt well to taste. Add butter or margarine to pan, fry liver until it coats nicely on each side do not over cook. Remove liver heat milk up in microwave stir in corn starch. Add to pan stir with spatula until proper consistancy. Add more milk if necessary. I find a cast iron pan works best. Great with mashed potatos use box and add a can of cream of potato soup. Green beans go well with this also
