  1. cover the teabag with 2/3 cup boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. drain the teabag.
  3. add the banana, mango,lettuce into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. add the lemon juice, and chamomile tea and blend until smooth.
  5. put the ice cubes into the serving glass.
  6. pour the juice over it and garnish with mint leaves.
