  1. Mix all ingredients together to make a pancake batter
  2. peel and core apples, slice apples, not to thin
  3. dip into batter and then fry in oil until golden brown
  4. remove from pan and sprinkle with sugar
  5. place in a 200 degree oven to keep warm (this will soften the apples more )
  6. con't until all the batter is used
