  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line muffin pan with paper cups.
  3. Mix wet ingredients.
  4. Mix dry ingredients, except raisins.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until moist.
  6. If desired, fold in raisins.
  7. Place batter in prepared ban.
  8. Bake 18-20 min.
