  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together two eggs and 1 tablespoon of water. Add roughly 1 tablespoon (less or more to taste) of Tabasco to egg mixture.
  3. Melt butter in skillet, and add egg mixture, scrambling and stirring until eggs are firm.
  4. Add Tony Chachere's seasoning to eggs to taste in place of salt.
