  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Cut the cold butter into the dry mixture until butter is in pea sized pieces.
  4. Combine eggs and heavy cream. Add to the dry ingredients.
  5. Add peaches and pecan pieces until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Dump dough onto a floured surface and pat into a round disc that is 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Cut into 8 triangles.
  8. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush scones with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
