Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. With a fork, poke a few holes into each sausage and then place in a roasting pan. Roast until golden and cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes. While this occurs, start the sauce by placing stock and cream in a pot. Bring to boil and cook until liquid is reduced by half and is lightly thickened. Whisk in remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and reserve until sausages are cooked.
