  1. Fry beef in pan till cooked and crumbled
  2. Add chopped onions, cook approx. 5 minutes
  3. drain the fat off meat and onions
  4. Line casserole dish with tater tots
  5. Mix beef with 1/2 the swiss cheese, the cream cheese and can of mushroom soup and pepper to taste
  6. Cover with tater tots
  7. Cover tater tots with cheese
  8. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 (longer if you want the cheese crispy on top)
