  1. Slice the potatoes and boil them until tender.
  2. Puree the boiled potatoes or mash them with a fork.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs, the eggs, the onion and the oreganon with the potato puree.
  4. Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
  5. Let the potato mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Wet your hands and form the mixture into small balls.
  7. Roll the balls in flour.
  8. In a large skillet heat the olive oil (medium heat, it should not be too hot).
  9. Fry the fritters for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
