Dice vegtables and apple into same size pieces. Heat skillet and add butter. Saute celery, carrots and onion. When they start to get tender add apple. Stir and add cinnimon, garlic powder and nutmeg. Stir occationally cook until apples are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Tastes great on top grilled pork chops. OR can be mixed with couscous or wild rice for a side dish.
