"Quick & Easy Creamy Shrimp Enchiladas. This is a base recipe. We enjoy it just like this, but sometimes also add green onions or different herbs to change it up! Try the base first and add your own touch to it for the next time! I think you'll be pleased! And it's so simple."

  1. Preheat Oven to 350. Melt Cream Cheese in skillet over medium-h heat. Add Chicken Broth a little at a time, as the cream cheese melts. Once Cream Cheese melts, Add Garlic & White Wine. Cook over Low heat till Garlic is tender. Mix Cornstarch with Reserved Chicken Broth, Add to cream cheese mixture. (to thicken sauce). Add shrimp & seasoning, heat thru. Warm Tortillas is microwave to make them easy to roll. Coat 13x9 Baking Dish with non-stick spray. Fill each tortilla with shrimp mixture & roll, placing side by side in dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle with Grated Parmesean Cheese. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 Minutes.
