  1. 1. heat oil in a pan and saute onion.
  2. 2. add ginger garlic paste
  3. 3. fry them until brown.
  4. 4. add cumin powder, tomato paste, parsely, salt and pepper and broth.
  5. 5. stir the sauce and add pumpkin into it
  6. 6. cook with lid on until pumpkin are tender.add coconut milk
  7. 7. garnish with almond flakes and coriander leaves. serve with steam rice and mango chutney.
