Herbed Turkey Burgers


"This was tonight's dinner and we were both wowed at how good it turned out. I got the herbs in a "barbeque" pack from the grocery store, which made this pretty inexpensive, too, since I didn't have to purchase them all seperately. We served them with a choice of cheeses and bacon on toasted potato rolls, with a green salad and oven fries."

  1. Roughly chop all herbs.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Mix until just combined and mixture just holds together; longer will make the burgers tough.
  3. Form into 6 evenly sized patties.
  4. Grill over medium-high to medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with assorted toppings (cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, relish, etc.).
