Tapenade Salad

Tapenade Salad

Made  times

"This is a recipe my step mother gave me. I'm not a fan of goat cheese, however, after trying this recipe, I've acquired a taste for it. It is recommended to use Penne noodles to hold everything together, though I like to use other shapes once in a while. This is a nice alternative to bring to a potluck or other events."

  1. Cook noodles according to the package directions.
  2. Drain, and put the noodles in a large mixing bowl. Cut the artichokes into quarter slices.
  3. Add the artichokes, tapenade, and the cheese to the noodles. Mix well until the cheese is completely melted.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.

A very creamy pasta salad. It can be eaten either cold or warm. I prefer it a bit on the chilled side.
