  1. It is the avacados that make the difference. You must use HAAS, they will be dark and you will be able to just push in to them- when squeesing. Cut in half and remove seed, sppon out.
  2. Mash up to chunky texture with spoon.
  3. Add 2 T of sour cream (light is ok too)
  4. add 2T of salsa (Hot, Med are both fine)
  5. Mix gently (leaving chunks of avacado is ok)
  6. Garnish with a small dollop of sour cream and a few pieces of salsa tomatos
  7. AGAIN, if they knew it was so easy...You will not loose the flavor of the avacado.
