  1. Combine all ingredients into ziploc bag and let sit in fridge for about 4 hours.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 375, and place the chicken into a baking dish.
  3. Cover with foil and cook 30 minutes, then uncover and continue cooking until done.
  4. Serve over rice with stir fried veggies for a great meal.
