In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix very well making sure bacon is ditributed evenly. Let sit at room temperature for 20 mins. Shape into 4 patties (or more depending on how thick you like them), place on a hot grill and cook over med/high heat for about 5-6 mins each side, being careful not to squeeze out any juices as this will dry them out. When done, place onto gourmet buns and top with aged cheddar cheese and condiments of your choice. Enjoy!
