"A naturally sweet smoothie (no added sugar), with the added nutrients of spinach. The fresh fruit makes it impossible to taste the greens.   1. Place all ingredients into a blender, or cup for hand blender, in the following order: Milk, Yogurt, fiber powder (will dissolve properly if placed near liquids), tofu, spinach and fruit.
  2. Blend thoroughly, until ingredients are smooth and no large pieces remain. Smoothie should still have thickness.
  3. Chill for an hour or enjoy right away!
