  1. Heat oven to 450 F.
  2. Season salmon with garlic, seasalt & pepper
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of chiptole rasberry sauce on salmon
  4. Wrap salmon in foil and place on bakign sheet
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes
  6. Remove skin from salmon
  7. Cut into 4 pieces
  8. Combine remaining chiptole rasberry sauce with mayonaise.
  9. Place cooked salmon on buns
  10. Top each sanwhich with 1-2 tablesoons sauce
  11. Divide onions and spinach equally and top each sandwhich
  12. Serve immeditly
